Teenage years can be tough!

Bridge the gAPP is a free mobile app that supports and promotes mental wellness amongst youth.

Bridge the gAPP has a lot of cool information, including self-submitted artwork and tips from teens on how to cope with anxiety, break-ups, substance use, school, grief and much more.

Through an interactive component, the app provides youth access to a number of mental health resources, including websites, relaxation strategies and helpful phone lines and supports.

Bridge the gAPP is safe to use and completely anonymous.

Bridge the gAPP is an initiative of Eastern Health’s Mental Health and Addictions Program, made possible thanks to generous contributions from the Canada Post Community Foundation and the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation.
